The benefit of a franchise is that it is a proven system, has a reputation, product recognition and power of a brand name, therefore providing individuals that purchase franchises many benefits over those who start their own businesses from scratch.

Our program requires that franchisees spend 3% of gross revenues for local advertising, promotions, Uni.K.Wax web site maintenance, and public relations. It describes the franchisors and the franchisees responsibilities, investment information, financial condition of the franchisor and other valuable information. It contains information on the following areas: contracts, litigation, fees, restrictions, financing, franchisee/franchisor obligations, territory, trademarks, earnings claims, list of all outlets, financial statements, ongoing development and much more.
